Edit: InDesign didn’t die. It’s really good about that, actually. But 260 pages and counting. Jebus.

Will the ashcan be available for us overseas types?
It should be! Oh, hey, I should set up preorders, now that it looks like it’s actually gonna get done. That’s a sure way to get it into your hands. And that means I have to figure out how much I’m going to charge for it, which means talking with printers some more today.
I’ll post when I figure it out!
