What a rollercoaster ride this last episode was. First I was excited to see a new episode in my iTunes. I read the title and thought the show would be about endgame mechanics.
Then I start listening to the show. Total bummer, last episode. I almost didn't finish listening, but at that point there was over 30 minutes left so I let it play out.
Then you talk about a new 'cast! Totally wicked. I agree that the two of you have this fun chemistry going on when you record. I'm glad to hear that you'll continue recording something.
It is a shame about the game, but I can certainly understand. I have many projects that have not seen the light of day. However, I think this was a great experiment and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Ed Healy and John Wick were doing a similar experiment but it was did not get very far. There were some posts and recorded Skype calls, but that was it. I haven't checked John's blog in a while so something new may have posted about it and I missed it.
Anyway, looking forward to finding out where to download Ludica Jibba Jabba.

I'm glad we were able to get you back! Since the whole podcast is only 40 minutes long, we were losing you pretty quick.
We did our first interview with someone else this last weekend at Dreamation. We'll be doing some other stuff, then editing and producing aggressively. It'll be on a slower timeframe than Oo! was, simply because there will be a lot more to do in each episode. But it will be a more polished, more coherent thing, we hope.

Sounds good to me. Will you be using your new show to talk about games you have in development? I'm guessing you were doing some playtest at Dreamation.
I'll keep a look out on your blog for an announcement on the launch of your new 'cast. Best of luck to you both on this new endeavor.

I imagine it will leak into the conversation now and again. We're starting off with the show being pretty much "Shit that's exciting enough to want to share with other people" format. Ideally, of course, our own stuff falls into that category.
I was, indeed, doing some preliminary testing of a design principle with Shock:Human Contact at Dreamation. I'll talk about that here on the blog when I've got a few.

What's this about Kevin Smith and the Mountain Witch??
I'm sorry (and happy?) the conclusion of the series was a let-down for you, but I'm pretty confident that what we're working on now will be a great show.
