At Recess two weekends back, I had a chance to play Shock: with Terry Romero, Max Kushner, and Scott and Rym of Geek Nights. They just did a review and man, they totally get the game. Scott ordered it yesterday and I think they’ll have a really good time with it. Also, they seem to have a hard time telling Ben Lehman and me apart. It’s because we look so similar.

Wait! Yeah! I was expecting to see you! I was playing Small World with Jimb et al. in the first session, Shock: in the second.
I’ve made a pledge to come see my New York peeps more often. Next time!
I had plans that made it impossible to attend games in either slot, but I would have at least dropped in for a little while if I’d know that Game Designer Joshua A.C. Newman was going to be there.
Man! Now I wish I’d met me there!
I think I’m going to start attributing my games to “either Ben Lehman or Joshua AC Newman.”
